To The Here and Now

Arriving at the  here and now sounds difficult. Often we have to wade through the confusion of the past and the swirling uncertainty of the future on our journey to the present.  It is worthwhile trek.

Life is but one moment at a time. It is happening right now.

 

I have arrived. I am home.
In the here. In the now.
I am solid. I am free.
In the ultimate I dwell.
