The classic reference to transformation is the butterfly. It changes from one stage to another transforming itself from an egg to a caterpillar to a chrysalis and then into a beautiful butterfly. But how about us?
Our physical selves transform each day as we age. Our minds develop through experience and education. Significant life events act as markers or directional signs taking us one way or an other. Things like love and loss can send us soaring or reeling.
The bigger questions is what keeps us moving forward. Aging gracefully, staying strong, ignoring the unimportant and recognizing what we need? Is it love, faith, character, sense of who we are and who we want to be? Do we lead the change or do we just let it happen? Powerful or powerless?

Transformation
Thank you for this post. I am going through a transformation myself at the sweet age of 46, and I’m excited. I trust that I am entering a season that was delayed, but like the butterfly it is my turn to fly. 🙂
To pay it forward (I learned of your blog from Danny of Dream Big, Dream Often), I referenced your blog in mine as part of a challenge to give you more exposure. Please visit my page at http://fluffygirlwisdom.blogspot.com/2016/06/quote-challenge-day-3.html to see. I would be honored if you followed me and shared your feedback.
Enjoy your day,
Fluffy Girl
